Block Party Entry {x's and o's}

Here is my entry for the Block Party over at Quilt Story.



I wasn't planning on joining in on the fun 
because I didn't think I had time.  But after seeing
all the great blocks I changed my mind and
last night I found the time.
Here is my block.
